I think Dr. Grossman was our family's pediatrician from when we first moved to Berkeley in 1959. He always made me feel comfortable, and exuded a warm and caring demeanor. I think my brother and both sisters would all agree that we couldn't have had a better first doctor experience. My condolences go out to his family and his many friends. Reading his obituary, I see that not only was he a great doctor, but a great citizen. It's been fifty years since I saw him, but reading of his passing hit a very tender spot with me.
