Elmer/family,
You don’t know me-my name is Anna Ling Pierce & I am your neighbor Michel Pierce’s Mom. I’ve visited a couple times since he bought the house on Bonnie Lane but never had the pleasure of meeting you. Michael has spoken with awe at the gardens you’ve planted along with the many trees that he derives much enjoyment from his side deck. He at 32, really appreciates your longevity/wisdom/& energy.
Michael is no stranger to loss. He was 8 when his older sister passed & 9 when he lost his Dad. Consequently he is stunted in his ability to express many feelings. He was with me here in Massachusetts when Geraldine called to say that your health has declined. He was very shaken & asked how to best give support.
I just want you to know that Michael will be there for your wife should she need anything. He understands the circle of Life & the importance of being there for others.
Elmer, I won’t say “goodbye” but rather “see you later!” You created quite an impression on my son!!
