Dear Elmer and Pam,
Ted and I have decided to take a few days off at my Mom’s coast house. I have attached a photo of sunset at Ablaobediah beach. I had always expected that the four of us would have another trip together to the coast where we would cook a fresh piece of fish, eat some just picked blackberries, drink two bottles of wine, one you picked out and one Ted fished out of his cellar, and laugh and cry together. We are so fortunate to have had you in our lives. Your curiosity, humor, generosity, love and honesty have been a blessing to everyone you have touched. We all seem to be headed closer to the sunset these days. Our memories with you and Pam help ease the journey. We love you.
