Oh Dear Pam,
I read with deep sadness of Elmer’s death and thought of the wonderful days when we got to see and talk to him with and without the squirming children running around his office. Also fondly remembering your lively entrance into his life and ours as well. And oh! the famous Rabbi Selection Committee that became for Jerry the most stimulating erudite discussion series since the time of Socrates!
I hope we can get together one of these days to talk and breathe some good air.
